GlobeSport Technologies offers a 7 day return policy for products that have a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, customers must first contact GlobeSport Technologies customer service team. The customer service representative will provide instructions on how to return the product and issue a refund  number. The number must be included with the returned product to ensure prompt processing of the return.

Once the product has been received and inspected, GlobeSport Technologies  will issue a refund to the original payment method used to place the order. The refund typically takes 24-48 hours to process and 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. If the return is due to a defect or error on GlobeSport Technologies's part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged and protected during shipping. GlobeSport Technologies recommends using a traceable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any loss or damage during shipping.
