The organisation is headed by Mr Rajan Handa, who is a pioneer in bringing many European brands across various verticals like Sports and Healthcare into India like Nelo, Braca Sport, N&K, PeakUK, Vajda, Filippi,Armplast and many others since 2000.

Current operations of the company are based out of New Delhi, India.
